WAYS TO GET INVOLVED
The RFA is always looking for a fresh set of hands and the jobs are many and varied. Bring your talent to us – even if it’s using a screw gun! To volunteer in any capacity, please contact us through the “Contact Us” button above, contact an RFA Board Member, or call 207-864-5000.
Community Theater can’t happen without our COMMUNITY! We depend on volunteers to produce and perform the outstanding theatrical productions for which the Rangeley Friends of the Arts is known. Regardless of experience level – seasoned performer or newbie – all are welcome to audition! All performers are volunteers and will perform under the collaboration of an experienced director and production team. Auditions are open to everyone. We post Audition notices on Facebook and local news sources, as well as on the Community Calendar. Auditions and most rehearsals are held primarily during evenings and weekend afternoons. We are also always looking for new singers for the Rangeley Community Chorus, which presents three concerts each year.
Experienced musicians are needed often for our annual musical production usually slated for early July. Extensive experience is not required, but the musician must be able to keep up with the fast pace of the orchestra. Musicians will be working under the Musical Director of the respective show.
